Shipping policy
All orders and shipping charges will be determined upon placing the order. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur to goods after delivery. If a product is lost or damaged after being delivered, it is the responsibility of the buyer. We undertake to provide a) a replacement or b) credit for any goods if the products received are not the products originally ordered. We will not accept any products opened; products must be kept in the condition in which you received them.
Any adjustments to your order must be requested within 15 mins. No adjustments can be made after your order has been fulfilled. Once your order has been dispatched, no shipping charges will be refunded under any circumstances except for an error on our part.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as you can. We may correct your shipping address before your package gets dispatched. After your order has been dispatched, we can try to re-route your package with the carrier; any additional fees will be charged before we redirect your package. We do not guarantee that your package can be successfully re-routed by the carrier.
Package Delivered but not found
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the order delivery status with the provided tracking information. We are not responsible for any package lost after the package has been delivered.
No Tracking Information
We send the tracking information to your registered email address via email. If you do not see our confirmation email within 3 days of receiving your order confirmation email, check your “junk mail” folder or “spam” folder. Contact us for further assistance.
