1. Does the product sold by the merchant have to be set up with free shipping?

Merchants can freely choose provinces and regions with free shipping according to the actual situation, and provinces and regions that do not have free shipping can set their own shipping templates.

 

2. How is the merchant's payment settled?

After the consumer purchases the product, the payment is made to the platform, and then the merchant delivers the goods. After the consumer confirms the receipt of the product on the platform, the payment will be automatically settled to the merchant's withdrawable balance, and then the merchant can apply to the platform for cash withdrawal. The default consumer receipt time for regular products is 7 days, and the overseas direct mail product is 15 days. If consumers click Delay to confirm receipt, the default will be delayed for another 3 days.

 

3. Is there a requirement for the delivery time of the generated order?

Regular merchandise will be shipped within 48 hours of sales, overseas direct-delivery merchandise will be shipped within 168 hours (7 days) after the order is placed, overseas direct-mail merchandise will be shipped within 120 hours (5 days), and pre-sale merchandise will be shipped within the specified time for pre-sale Internal delivery (for example: pre-sale on February 19, the pre-sale items need to be shipped out on February 19).

 

4. What should the merchant do if there are after-sales problems?

If there is an after-sales problem with the product, the merchant needs to actively communicate and negotiate with the consumer. If the merchant needs to do post-sale processing, it can negotiate and choose to give the consumer a partial refund or a full refund according to the actual situation.
